My name is Kate Fagan-Nelson. I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and I have been helping individuals, children and adolescents, families and couples with their emotional issues since 1991. My experience includes work with chronic mental illness, child welfare, school social work, trauma, addictions and recovery and couples counseling.
Everyone can improve how they function. Sometimes you may need the assistance of a mental health professional to reach your potential. You deserve treatment that is specific to your needs. I develop custom treatment plans based on your personal goals. I use these goals to help you develop skills you can use right away and throughout your life.
If you or your children need help with depression, anxiety, trauma, a relationship, bipolar disorder, grief or other loss, or caregiver stress, contact me to create a plan for wellness and stress reduction.
Currently accepting Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Health Alliance.
